Can I cancel my order?

We are able to cancel orders if notified by email (kcrochetedit@gmail.com) before a shipping label has been created.

What size hat should I buy?

All hats are an adult one size fits all unless stated otherwise in the description.

When does ____ restock?

All restocks will be announced on the Kcrochetedit IG page (@kcrochetedit). Follow us on IG to get notifications.

When does ____ drop?

All drops will be announced on the @kcrochetedit IG page and via email. Follow us on IG and subscribe to the mailing list to get notified about new drops.

What is the shipping policy?

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When a shipping label is created, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we are not responsible for customs or import duties outside of the U.S. For more information, please refer to the Shipping Policy Page in the footer menu.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, international shipping is available. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How do I get a Kustom item?

Send a commission request via DM on IG @kcrochetedit.
